Return Process

  Log into your ALM account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for quality assurance, and once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
